User responsibilities

Payouts and commissions
Commission eligibility and payout timing depend on lender confirmation, disbursal status, and reconciliation. Any estimates shown on the platform are indicative unless explicitly confirmed.
Limitation of liability
ChhotuLoan is not liable for lender credit decisions, third-party downtime, or indirect losses arising from external dependencies. We aim for high reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
